The Greatest Cape - 10 nights

Day 1: Arrive Cape Town International Airport where you will pick up your Avis rental car and drive to The Cape Grace Hotel 5* where you will stay for 4 nights. The Cape Grace Hotel 5* is situated in the V&A Waterfront. (BB)

Day 2: Take a cable car up Table Mountain and thereafter head back to the V&A Waterfront to the Robben Island Ferry office and book a trip to Robben Island (place of Nelson Mandela’s incarceration for 27 years).

Day 3: Tour the Cape Peninsula heading over Chapmen’s Peak to the Cape of Good Hope, stopping off at Boulder’s Beach to visit the African Jackass Penguins at Boulders Beach and stopping off along the way for lunch overlooking the Indian Ocean.

Day 4: Take a trip from the V&A Waterfront on the Red Double Dekker Hop-on, Hop-off Bus to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and have lunch at the Silvertree Restaurant in the “Gardens”.

Day 5: Drive from Cape Town through the town of Stellenbosch to Franschhoek where you will spend 2 nights at Mont Rochelle Hotel & Mountain Vineyards 5* overlooking the picturesque town of Franschhoek. Franschhoek is the culinary capital of South Africa and you will be spoilt for choice trying to decide which restaurant to eat at, in addition to being surrounded by top wine estates of the area. Day 6: Private Full Day Winelands Tour with Richard Hilton MD of GREATEST CAPE. Richard Hilton has over 20 years of experience in the wine industry and will escort you to 3 / 4 wine producers discussing the types of wines you enjoy and generally making the day insightful, educational and fun. Pick up 09h00 from Mont Rochelle Hotel & Mountain Vineyards 5*and drop off at 05h00pm.

Day 7: Drive from Franschhoek to the town of Hermanus where you will stay at The Marine 5* for 2 nights overlooking the ocean and perched on the cliffs of Hermanus. Between the months of May and September this is a prime whale watching area. (BB)

Day 8: The Marine 5* Hermanus

Day 9: Depart Hermanus and drive to Sanbona Game Reserve where you will spend 2 nights at Dwyka LodgeTented Camp 5*(FB)

Day 10: Dwyka Lodge Tented Camp 5* Sanbona Game Reserve

Day 11: Depart Sanbona Game Reserve and drive back to Cape Town International Airport for your flight back home
